January 2011 by the Numbers

Just a quick recap of what the work load was for the month of January. I don’t expect anyone to get much out of these types of posts, it’s more for my own future reference.

Swimming – 11,279 yds

Cycling (indoors) – 2hrs 15mins

Running – 82.55 miles

Strength Sessions – 10 sessions

Other – 4 hrs (skiing)

Total Training Time – 30hrs 29mins 42secs
No huge numbers or anything mind blowing. My running numbers should climb drastically in February along with small increases in time spent in the gym. The swimming will be coming down b/c I’m going from 2 to 1 session a week and making that second session a bike.

    nice solid month. way to build up the strength and confidence. the pics from Big Bear are sweet! Psyched for a big game on Sunday???

    • Thanks Josh, I’m starting to feel like I’m getting back to actual training. Just hoping I can keep it up.

      Excited and nervous for this weekend. The fact that they have been able to superglue an O-line together all season has been incredible but losing Pouncey may be the straw that breaks Big Ben’s back. We’ll know pretty quick qhat kind of day it’s going to be for the offense
